Actually, the service is good. The location is fair enough to the Ayala Center Cebu. But unfortunately, the amenities such as free wifi is not good, everytime or everyminute the conection was so poor. And about the food which i can't tell because i have not try to eat there.

It was ok.The security was very kind and helpful especially Montemayor. He even took photos of the plate of vehicles we rode before we leave the hotel. Every time we leave the room messy in the morning when we return at night it’s already cleaned up. Except the room was not well lit.there’s only 1 light and water was dripping from the air condition. If not just for the Sinulog rate I’d probably give it a higher score

I requested one of the listed amenities from the front desk, but they responded that the amenities are only for assumption and would not be provided. This is the first time I’ve checked into a hotel where the listed amenities aren’t actually available. They said it’s just for assumption. very disappointing service.

location is good near malls and restaurant in the city..the room is spacious but a bit old even the interior is old fashion,the room has foul and even the towe has foul smell..

価格に見合っていました。建物は古くエントランスはエアコンOFF、カビ臭有り、客室のドアが薄く鍵や傢俱も破損有り、冷蔵庫はありましたが電気は入りません、シャワーは溫かいですが水量は少ないです、床にはダニ有り、窓は無く天井ライトは一つの為スイッチを消すと闇、エアコンは正常。ベッドは大きくゆったり寢ることが出來ました。
